- Counselors must be certified professionals with verified credentials
1.3 Use of Services
- Ethical and respectful communication required at all times
- Strict prohibition of harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
- Confidentiality of all counseling sessions
- No misrepresentation of identity or false information
1.4 Payments & Refunds
- Full payment required before session booking
- 24-hour cancellation policy for refunds
- 50-50 revenue split between Truetalk and counselors
Privacy Policy
2.1 Data Collection & Usage
- Collection of name, email, session history, and payment details
- No third-party sharing without explicit consent
2.2 Confidentiality
All conversations protected under professional ethical guidelines. Counselors prohibited from disclosure except in life-threatening situations.
Counselor Agreement
3.1 Role & Responsibilities
- Provide ethical, non-judgmental mental health support
- Maintain strict confidentiality
- Accurate representation of qualifications
3.3 Non-Compete & Confidentiality
Prohibition of client solicitation outside platform. Breach results in termination and potential legal action.
Restricted Content Policy

- Inappropriate & Sexual Content
- Hate Speech & Harassment
- Violence & Dangerous Content
- Black Magic, Witchcraft & Tantrism
