Welcome to TrueTalk. These terms govern your access to and use of our platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Nature

TrueTalk provides online counseling and mental well-being support. We do not offer medical, psychiatric, or emergency healthcare services. Counselors are not medical doctors.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to use the platform responsibly. Misuse of services or harassment towards counselors or staff will result in account suspension.

3. Payment, Refund & Cancellation

All payments are made in advance. Refunds are not provided for completed services. For cancellations made before appointments, refund eligibility depends on the specific counselor’s policy. Subscription fees are non-refundable once activated.

4. Refund Policy (For Users)

TrueTalk follows a user-centric refund policy, with certain conditions:

Full Refund:

If the counselor cancels the session or fails to appear, users are entitled to a 100% refund or a free rescheduling.

Partial Refund or Credit:

If a session starts but ends prematurely due to technical failure on the counselor's side, a partial refund or credit for a new session may be granted.

No Refund:

5. Data Security & Privacy

We take reasonable measures to protect your data through encryption and secure storage. For detailed information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. Liability

TrueTalk is not liable for any mental or emotional outcomes. Counseling is subjective and results vary. Users agree to use the services at their own discretion and responsibility.

7. Compliance

You must comply with all applicable laws of India while using this platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of revised terms.
